Barrington Estates is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 244 lots. We are located in Mesa, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 25 miles southeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to AZ State Route 202 and US-60.

Our community is served by Gilbert Public Schools. Children in our community Kindergarten through sixth grade attend Boulder Creek Elementary while those in grades seventh and eighth attend Desert Ridge Junior High School. High school students attend Desert Ridge High School.

Barrington Estates is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently Tri-City Property Management.
